I have been in the construction industry almost all of my life, and I have learned that my customers simply want the best value.  To me, the best value is top notch quality 100% of the time, open communication from start to finish, and paying a price that is in line with the industry standard.

Repeat and referral business is paramount to my business model. You won’t find us advertised on TV, in the newspapers, or on the radio because our current client base is strong. In my opinion, if a company grows too fast quality and communication is sacrificed.

Once a client calls us for the first ime, we meet with them to review their needs and the details of their project. We never give pricing on the first appointment; instead we take the information we gathered and put together a complete and thorough proposal that addresses all of the client’s needs. We present this proposal and a detailed design (if necessary) to the client at a second meeting.
